Work models

  • Fix

    Work mostly from the office and spend up to 5 days a month working remotely. You decide when and where.

  • Flexi

    Spend 1 to 5 days a week working from the office — depending on your tasks at work and outside of it.

  • Remote

    Work mostly from home and come to the office only when a project requires it (or when you miss your colleagues).
